FAQ for Existing Clients
> Can I still book online?
Yes all waxing, nails and massage treatments you have regularly are under the Existing Client tab, All other treatments such as brows, lashes and facials are under the relevant tab as usual.
> What makes me an existing client?
If you have visited me prior to 2024 and have regular treatments you are classed as an existing client and can access all treatments you had previously booked with me.
> Why have you stopped doing nails, waxing and massage?
Due to demand I have stopped taking on new clients but will still continue nails for all existing clients. Similarly waxing and massage is more seasonal and these will appear as monthly specials to help me control stock levels and give you some great tailored deals.
> I cant book my regular appointment?
All other treatments will be stored under existing clients tab on my online booking system, if you still cant find your treatment please contact Hayley directly and she will be able to book this for you.
# Can I still recommmend you to friends and family?
Yes, client recommendations are valued to me and the growth of my business. You will be able to recommend my eyebrow, eyelash, permanent makeup and facial treatments to all your friends and family.
