Training FAQs
Where are your courses held?
I run my courses from my large treatment room, Hayley's Beauty Studio, located on the High Street of Bridgwater, Somerset. I also offer training within your own salon or beauty space on request, enquire about travel fees depending on location.
Are your Courses Insurable?
Yes, My courses have been accredited by Professional Beauty Direct, a trusted and popular insurance company for beauty professionals. You will receive certification from my courses once all practical dates and case studies are completed to the satisfaction of your tutor.
Do I have to Bring a Model?
If attending a 1-1 or mentoring session you are welcome to bring any willing models or these can be provided for you.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You are welcome to move your course date up to 48 hours before the course commences, if after this time you will need to repay a new course booking fee to secure a place on a new course.
Do you Supply Kits?
Yes, on most of my courses you can add an additional kit to your training or if you purchase a course package you will be supplied with the kit for free. These are my personal recommendations and what I use within my salon. If no kit option is available I will discuss product and equipment options during the course itself.
What is your Course Fee?
Each course has a different course fee due to the amount of sessions on the course. I offer the courses in small groups to be able to offer a value for money course fee. Fees have to be paid 48 hours before the course date commences and can be paid in sections. Please message about finance options.
Do you offer Payment Plans?
Yes. You are able to pay off your course in parts as long as the course is paid by the last training date. This allows you some time between practising and certification to pay in full. Hayley will discuss payments on booking a course.
