Refresher Courses
understand that sometimes training can be too fast or have too many learners and you can go away with accreditation but not feeling confident enough in your practical skills. Refresher courses are for those who hold a qualification in a certain treatment but are lacking the confidence or feel they didn't quite receive enough guidance in their first training.
I offer refresher training in all my courses:
Manicure, Pedicure, Gel Polish,
Lash lifting and tinting, Lash Extensions,
Brow Lamination, Brow shaping/waxing and tinting,
Swedish Massage, Hot Stone and Indian Head
As with all training, it is okay to need some extra guidance and I specialise in turning good therapists into high skilled individuals that want to succeed in the industry,
Refresher courses are booked direct with Hayley and Cost -
£95 - Half Day - 2.5 Hours
£175 - Full Day - 5 hours
You can include more than one treatment within your refresher day but this must be discussed with Hayley. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance for any refresher training but not an accredited course certification. This must already be achieved and sent to Hayley beforehand.
Mentoring
Mentoring can be for new or existing therapists in the industry. Hayley prides herself on being an experienced therapist but will always know that continual learning will forever be needed and especially in a exciting and ever changing industry, like Beauty Therapy.
Hayley offers mentoring to those who are feeling unenthused and unhopeful within their beauty careers. She can offer advice that speaks from experience but also loves to inspire those just getting on their feet.
Mentoring comes in a the forms of a
Inspirational or Guidance Call - £20ph - amount depends on scenario including a free assessment call
Full Mentoring Package - £150 - Guidance spread over 4 week period with only 1 mentee at a time.

Reflect, Refine and Repeat Workshop
Hayley's main goal is to always push boundaries within the beauty sector. One way she achieves this is through her Reflect, Refine and Repeat Workshop that has been delivered to college lecturers, salon managers and sole traders alike.
Hayley's extensive career within a variety of roles from apprentice, head therapist, salon owner and educator has given her a unique view on how to stay on top of your game and she has put this together into one full workshop that can be delivered personally or in a group setting.

College CPD and Accredited Courses
Enhance your expertise with our CPD events designed specifically for beauty college lecturers. These sessions focus on the latest treatments, equipping you with the knowledge to inspire and educate your learners effectively. This can be focused around teaching and delivery of beauty topics or upskilling any practical elements and new changes from the industry.
Such as brow lamination techniques or brow mapping and specialised tinting. This can help lecturers gain the most up to date look into the industry right now.
Hayley also offers one day accredited courses for short treatments not yet within the beauty curriculum or as part of the learner enrichment programme.

These courses are at a reduced rate but only for those learners already completed health and safety and basic level skills. Its a great way to build enrichment and support the learners in becoming employable therapists after completion of their training.
